Automated Assembly

Astricom has extensive experience with PCB manufacture for a wide range of market sectors, we offer a fast prototyping service and automated assembly using components in most common package types including:

• Package size to 0402.
• BGA and micro BGA

Hand Placement

We have a team of highly experienced operators capable of very accurate hand placement of components or PCB modifications and our attention to detail will ensure accurate results every time. This hand placement capability can be very useful when assembling PCB’s with unusual characteristics or difficult proportions.

Electro-Mechanical Assembly

Astricom has experience with the manufacture of sub-assemblies, chassis and box assemblies through to finished products, we are happy to discuss any assembly requirements.

Test

Our engineers can assist with any test requirements from simple power on testing through to complex test strategies including protocol or performance testing.

Repair and Rework

If you have obsolete devices requiring component change including passive devices, active devices, BGA’s and connectors, we can offer a full repair and rework capability. This helps to increase product life-cycles, recover failed stock or carry out important product updates.
